It is that time of year again where I will be going to
a local Nursing Home and giving out gifts to those in the nursing home during
the holiday season. How can you help? Well if you know how to hand
make items such as hats , scarfs, blankets and other great items for
wheelchairs, and walkers, those in the nursing home can use, then we could use your
help. For those that are not great with making items but would like to
donate by purchasing winter hats, socks, blankets, trinkets, and just a gift to
show support to those that don’t have family that will visit them during the
holidays. Take a look around to get more info on
a list of acceptable items for this event! You will find that list on the top tabs of this site. You can also just send me an
e-mail and I will answer any questions. beautifulawakening28@gmail.com. This will be year 5 with this
event all the smiling faces during this time of the year is always great.
